Poll percentage of 4th phase in Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency of district Kulgam was recorded as 6.67 % up to 1.00 pm. Most of the people remained indoors and did not participate in the polling.
At 1 pm, this is how the assembly segments are doing. Kulgam – 1161 – 1.2%, Noorabad – 10755 – 14.1%, HS Bugh – 530 – 0.7% and Devsar – 10733 – 11.8%.
Reports of youth clashing with security forces were also reported from Kujar Kulgam. Forces used pellets to disperse the protesters. Many youth were injured in the forces action.
