Sources told Roshan Kashmir that on receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area joint team of forces including 3 RR, CRPF and SOG launched search operation in the area.
On intensifying the search operation towards the suspected spot, hiding militants fired upon forces which was retaliated triggering gunfight, he said
The firing has stopped now & massive search operation is underway
Sources told that two to three militants of JEM including foreigner are believed to be trapped in the area
